Something has bent the rim and it looks as if another coin's edge was pressed or hammered into Roosevelt's nose, chin and neck. He's also sporting a heck of a shiner and needs to wash behind his ears, just like mom always said. Post Mint Damage or PMD. Spend it and forget it!
