Just wondering what to do with a few proof sets that have been subjected to heat over the last few years, the plastic coating on the case that holds the coins has (melted) and stuck to the inside of the cardboard packing, and can't be removed without tearing the packing box.
What should I do? As I intend to sell them soon.

Hi Ez2c65 and

Are you able to upload some photos so that we can see the type of packaging that you are referring to, and the degree of damage that they have suffered?

Thank you for the welcome

The first and second pic is the damage to the plastic coating
The third pic are the other sets that are difficult to get out and I'm hesitant to do it till I can get some advice on what to do.

Unfortunately this sort of damage to the packaging is beyond repair.

I have seen this sort damage quite often. I think that humidity may have been the catalyst.

I certainly hope that the RAM has had a good look at the chemistry of the packaging an has made changes, since these items were produced.
