Can someone please give his opinion on this 1851 silver ruble coin. It looks to me like it has difference at the portait of the eagle.
The beaks are shorter and bigger and the angle of the curve at top of beaks is also different.
What could be the reason and is this a variety in this issues ,is it described somewhere in literature ?

Note : I forgot to tell waths the weight of the coin - 20,51 g.
