I would like to know if this coin would get an AU-Details or not? When I look at the surface of the coin it's very fishy, I feel like something has been done to it intentionally and it doesn't look like circulation scratches.

This coin looks like its been cleaned. I would grade this around xf45. It's just too banged up for AU in my opinion.

technically imo its AU. the biggest marker I use for these is a complete rim around LIBERTY. AU details damaged
