I've got an Austrian 2-Euro coin with a double clip error.
It's already been slabbed by NGC so authenticity has been established.
Now I'm trying to determine a value.

I can't find anything online like it or even similar to it.
I've had a verbal offer but I would like to see at least what something at least similar to it has been listed for or sold for.

Any suggestions about who to contact?

There is generally much less interest in error coins in Europe than in the USA - I think the only way to establish a value would be to research ebay and other auction sites and see what similar coins have sold for. There's definitely a market for such coins but error collecting doesn't have the same popularity in Europe as in the States.
