Guess I'd better up my estimate to 64!  I don't hate Trueview pics. I just think they consistently overstate the eye appeal of the coins they represent.

my first thought was UNC details (graffiti) it looked like an X and D on the neck. you can really see how TV alters the actual coin
MS64 too many scuffs and marks for 65 in my book

I'm definitely on the 64/65 fence but willing to defer to PCGS's assessment at 65. Definitely better than the PCGS 65 I purchased earlier this year (and subsequently sent back for a refund). It oozes originality in hand which probably swings it in the 65 camp.

I find it difficult to grade peace $s but the mark towards the back of the neck which I can see in your pictures and more faintly in the TruView would have precluded me from calling it gem, but I'm not that knowledgeable in this series. This is a large, heavy coin with large open fields so I have found grading these challenging.

ignoring the TV which I normally do, I just cant get this one to 65. too many marks on the reverse. all over the motto, the lower wing and leg with light scuffs on both sides. at best i'd call it boarderline but I guess PCGS thought there wasnt enough to downgrade it a point.

I never use Trueview to grade from. MS-64 on this one.
