The 1864 is AU, nice coin!
The 1875 is VF details, rim damage, real shame for what it is.

Thanks JTCC, yup that rim damage broke my heart when I saw it but not as bad when I see soldered silver on Key dates.

I'm uncertain about possible corrosion around the 1 in date and the crud at IC in America. But also, could the 1864 be a RPD?

Looking thru the loupe, there's some crud around the 1 and a little near the 4, doesn't look like a repunch date as there's no double strike or at least none that I can see.
Or could the crud be hiding evidence of the repunch...
