Interesting coin, it looked like a weak strike possibly Grease Filled Die, the weight shows different.

Guessing the wear would pretty much account for the weight loss.

Could also be a tapered planchet, which could account for weight loss if the copper sheet was rolled thin near the edge of the sheet.

Wouldn't a TP issue be on both sides of the coin opposite each other?
