XF details (cleaned) the toning on this coin is not natural. the original surfaces were removed at some point during its life.

I'm at VF-30. "Liberty" is strong, but scroll edges are not, and some significant wear on reverse.

The reverse holds the coin back from an XF grade in my mind. I'm at VF-35.
