This is an Egypt 5 Qirsh (1885-1907) Arabic date 1293-27 or 1901, 83.3% silver, of Sultan Abdul Hamid II...

I agree with the attribution. This is a coin still commonly found in Egypt.

There are a couple of cell phone apps that can identify most common coins.

https://coinoscope.com/ (This coin was third on the list from just the first image.)
https://maktun.com/ (This coin was second on the list.)

I'm familiar with the coinoscope app. However, maktun is new to me. Does anyone have more info on this app? The website provides scant information.
