@hikerguy62: I do not understand why you post an Halve on Quarter topic.

For the Quarter: It is PMD. No 1965 quarter has something even near with your coin from the Mint production. The 1965 books was close from long time because everything was analyze and already study. This quarter it is damage and very much circulate. In this case what are the causes for the damage do not has any importance. Damage after strike it is damage after strike.
