I have a 1994-P Lincoln Cent as you will see in the pictures and I was curious if the lines you see in the close up is an error or not. If so, would that be considered a die clash? Thank you for any info you may have.

Plating errors often appear as blisters or bumps on copper coated zinc pennies.
