Diameter 19x20mm, Weight 5.0g, Bronze I believe the coin comes from Sicily or Italy. After studying your sample and comparing with my coin I manage to find a similarity with the head of Zeus and at the reverse I manage to find a very faded trace of ΣΥΡ Also the weight is very near and based to the low grade of my coin some weight is lost.
