Does anyone think this coin could grade higher than MS 65.
I really hope so when I saw the price guide! I have heard mixed opinions.

From what I can see this coin is MS-63.

I think echizento has it right. it may squeeze out a 64, but we would need much better pictures to determine the chance. Your first pic that shows the close-up reveals a couple of dings at a minimum on the cheek. This in itself will keep you away from a 65 or higher. More closeups, or top down square photos with better lighting will help quite a bit.
