Thanks all , my lighting is poor but aside from the streaks on the reverse, this coin is quite stunning in hand.

Kinda funny I just pulled this out of a bank roll last night. If you look close denny7000 at your coin [obverse] at 12:00 clock and the distance of the clip from tip to tip. Now look at the I found and compare it to yours. I'm at 8:00 clock and the same rim at 2:00 clock [obverse]. I think these coins are almost twins in many ways. As a clip collector do you have matching clips, got me thinking of this. I don't collect these.

Chadcoins are you referring to the Blakesly Effect on both coins?

Obverses - Look at the rim on the first coin at 12:00 clock and the rim and on coin #2 at the rim at 2:00 clock. There both straight across from the main clip. The rims are incomplete.

Hears a close up of my coin at 2:00 clock what I'm talking about. I think the other coin is missing the rim at 12:00 too. Looks like the rim isn't full height.

That is correct. Upright mill issues(pressure drop) caused by the clip lead to this. Some may or may not be as extreme as this.
