Did The Canada Mint Produce 1964 PL Sets In Cardboard Holder?

cdngmt Valued Member Canada 402 Posts	Posted 02/05/2023 12:25 am As purelywasted said RCM sets from 1964 ( in fact starting in 1961 ) were shipped in pliofilm packaging (each coin sealed in a separated pouch), no cardboard.
