Opinions please . Is it worth grading this coin ? PGCS and NGC so expensive these days . ICCS cheaper but its not a Canadian coin .
Thoughts?

Personally I would not spend the money unless the coin is very rare or very high grade. Yours appears to have some environmental issues so it would get a "details" grade.
