I was thinking of purchasing this coin and saw spots all over the coin. Should this be something to be concerned about? I know milk spots are an issue on modern coins and not a whole lot to do about those, but I didn't think this was an issue on older coins. Or it could just be something on the plastic cover, which I was going to remove from anyway.

Hi! The very modern coins must be in a state as new as they can be. Sure!
For old coins, spots make little problems! Some,but not too many. It depends also on the price asked for it. Your coin may be graded XF40.
