Guys it is very difficult verifying the WAM on 1998 and 1999's. I see different spacing on multiply coins, makes me question which is which. Can you help with this?

That is a CAM reverse.

To my eye the best diagnostic is the spacing of the A between the two T in STATES. If the A is centered then it's a WAM. If it is offset towards the second T (as yours is) then its a CAM.
