Just makes F12. Is that graffiti below the ear or just random marks?

Old cleaning that has not aged well.

I would consider acetone to get that gunk off the reverse and then stick it on a windowsill somewhere and let it retone naturally.

It looks like an O-103 to me and F12 also.

I stand by my original opinion that there was an old cleaning that hasn't retoned. Still a very nice coin to own.
