The wreath is full all the way through thats a plus, all letters in Liberty show with typical weakness/ wear bottom of BER missing, overall patina and eye appeal show me F-15 on obverse and reverse...but! on a 400 dollar coin hmmm Barbers are tricky I have some beautiful grey, black and blue hued Barbers stabbed "cleaned" drats! Your coin looks original and it has some punch to it so if your confident it hasn't been cleaned go for it at Greysheet since its raw and you take the risk. If my LCS offerd me one like that coin at $225 I would snatch it up any more and I would just hold out for a PCGS slabbed example.

Thanks all! I personally think there is just enough there to make F-15. This one is nicer than most I have seen in TPG holders, and cheaper. I got it for $270, hopefully it looks just as good in hand when it comes in.

188,000 minted a guesstimate of 2,500 survival in original shape and most being G-6 and below now thats one undervalued coin in an undervalued series. And to think a Lincoln 1909 S v.d.b. penny with 50,000 + survival rate goes for 1,000 bucks in F-12? Barbers are sweet! the used beat up pickup trucks of collectors market. Your coins a nice one. These may never bring the collector interest in our lifetime like the Walkers and Mercs but for us Barber lovers who cares!
