Photos are grainy and small. Looks MS but also looks to be sandblasted or something.

the marks on the shoulder and lapel are die related.

MS65/66RD I think its the photos making the surfaces look sandblasted but lighting could be obscuring any issues on the field

1. use a black or white background. colors tend to reflect onto the coin
2. no overhead light or flash

i would like to see better photos if possible to be certain of my grade

lighting in your original photo was creating glare that made the coin appear to be more red than it actually is resulting in several RD designations. be careful of that with future posts to ensure a more accurate grade
