Hi guys I found this coin recently and am wondering if it is an error coin perhaps a Cud?

Looks like post mint damage. Corroded adams apple.

Can't be a Cud as that involves a break in the rim.
Looks like some sort of damage on the neck.

Thank you for the welcome, I have noticed that there seems to be two spots of tumor where the iron filling underneath is showing and rusting

My call is corrosion of the steel core pushing through the plating layers and exposing the copper layer of plating. Looks like it's starting with the dot at 7:00 as well. It's a spender.
