Hi
Let me say up front I know next to nothing about paper money so am looking for a little education. This is really a general question in a way

I have a antique wooden case I am basically making a gamblers "kit" in. I have a 1890's S&W 32 centerfire top break single action, a circa 1890's Sheffield England made "gamblers" dirk knife, assorted Morgan and Barber pre 1900 silver coins, vintage cards and bone dice from the time period, etc.

I would like to include a small stack of period paper money, 1880's up to 1900. It will be folded and maybe in a period money clip so I am not looking for anything good, graded, collectors quality. I am think $5's, $10's, maybe a $20 or two.

So my question is what would be commonly available bills from the period and what would I expect to pay for low grade ones? Think bills that were passed around the saloon and thrown on the Faro table a few times.

I just don't know what to look for and what's a good price
