1977 D Roosevelt Dime With Double Clipped Planchet

Found this roll hunting the other day and when I posted it in a couple of Facebook groups it started quite the discussion as to if it is a real double clipped planchet or PMD.

The diagnostics I see and were mentioned to me that make it seem legit are:

Reverse of the layers at both clip sites
Fade out and taper of the rim near clips
Metal flow on the date on the obverse and the word "of" on the reverse

Would like to hear everyone else's opinions. Aloha

wait! no blakesley effect? it 'should' show up just opposite the clips. - oh yeah the clips are opposite each other too.
