The coin appears to have been damaged by the Franklin Mint packaging - an all too common fate for Franklin Mint coins from the 1970s.

I seriously doubt you'd get anything other than a bodybag from an actual TPG. NNC? Probably MS-68.

I'd go with PR68 details. not seeing a DCAM, not even a CAM for this one. I think a treatment with verdi-care may help this one.

Acetone will take off the PVC residue.
