F-12 with a shot at F-15. What are the spots on the obverse? The surface quality is excellent otherwise.

Does anyone have any recommended free apps that can be used for photo enhancement?

F-12 but not sure what the surfaces look like. My gut feel is ED surfaces which will "details" it. Not much you can do with the out of focus photos. Just make sure it comes with a return privilege.

Can't tell surfaces because the color (or, more accurately, lack thereof) is really poor in the photos
VG10 seems right but I would never have bought this coin with those photos unless I was in the mood to gamble.

I haven't bought it and have asked for better pictures. Some sellers are just terribly unresponsive.

If they're hesitating to send you better pictures that would be concerning a bit.
