Hello,

Can you guys tell me if this penny is damaged by someone? I'm not too sure. The cut is too clean and straight. Appreciate your expertise in advance!

this was intentionally cut - I'm just wondering how the 'secondary' cut (the one perpendicular to the first one) happened.
in any case it is just damage.

The secondary cut perpendicular to the first one is more like a tear from the metal being forced apart, it is very common on coins that have been treated in this manner.
