Nikosmom New Member United States 3 Posts	Posted 02/25/2023 3:57 pm 1979-D Lincoln Penny with obvious RPM, as well as what is very similar to the Small Date over Large Date in the 1960 Lincoln Cent Variety. I have looked at PCGS, and they have no variety attributed to this for this particular coin. Is this simply a case of submitting to PCGS and have them attribute that this is indeed what is on the coin? I am somewhat new to this, so unsure of who actually determines or says that this is what "I think I am seeing". Can't post a picture until later this evening, but was hoping this could easily be answered by someone who knows more than myself on this topic, which could basically be a two year old at this point.
