I don't know about you guys but in my limited experience you just cannot get in depth information either from their site nor live person. I've waited over two weeks for coins and all they could tell me was call again in a few days and hopefully they will have some information. But on the upside, with the web site you don't have to listen over and over again about how important you are to them. lol

I returned my Lincoln commemorative and I have no idea where its at or whats going on....getting a bit worried now. I'm sure that it will take a while for them to ship another, but can they at least let me know they rec'd the return? Oh boy....what did I do!
