I have been hearing alot of bad things about the new slabs also but I dont have any of them to compare it to, but what I heard was the plastic was flimsey and the whole quality of the slab was very poor

Personally speaking I believe Anacs moving to Texas will be a devastating move for them and they don't know it yet. They have always been the grading company close to home and now they will be just as foreign as the rest of the bunch. If their new leader didn't wish to live in Ohio he shouldn't have taken the job? Still can't believe they are up and leaving the area? They will lose their down home touch that only being in the mid-west could offer. As for the slabs, well I haven't seen one yet so I can't pass judgement until I do.

We have seen some of the new holders and they didn't seem flimsy or easy to crack (though I didn't try to twist it apart or crack it open). I am wondering if the problems experienced by the people on CU forum are due to lack of quality control and rushing to get orders out before the move.

I think it's going to be hard to gauge how ANACS is going to do in the market until after their move.

I think I picked a poor time for a submission.
