That's an 1883-O, not an 1888-O!
Looks Unc (64) Details/Dipped or Cleaned, but better photos will be needed on this one too, like IGE noted

the 83(O) can be a bit soft so it might be MS. photos stink to determine surfaces but it does look like the luster is broken in areas and even may have been dipped.
