Obverse pic a bit dark to see the surface details clearly.

For these I've started to use "Photograde". Let's see how everyone agrees or disagrees.

The reverse looks MS63 to me. The obverse is hard to tell from pictures. Looks like the slightest rub at the front of the coronet, the upper hair bun and the hair just behind the ear. That may or may not be the case here but I would say at a minimum it nets a AU-58. Very nice coin! Congrats!

AU58 or MS63

its hard to capture gold surfaces in a photo due to the flashback. looking at the obv around all the stars it looks like the original field surfaces are still there protected from any circulation or wear where the rest of the obv does not have that look so I'm leaning toward the AU side. obviously it can from shadowing but the obv left field looks dull and the luster is pretty much gone and it appears to have some light rub. check that out in hand to determine

Looking through my book "How to grade U.S. coins" by James Halperin. It highlights the highest point that will show wear first. On the obverse it is the eyebrow, chin and front of the bust. On the reverse it is the wing tips, talons, and neck of the eagle. Look at those areas under light to see if the luster is broken which would put it at AU.
