This coin looks more Proof Like but they did not mint them , it has this listed as a Specimen but does not look Specimen, it does have a lot brighter shine than what you see I couldn't get it.

What do you think? thanks

Looks like a specimen.
They were issued in plastic capsules inside individual cases
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

The mark behind the queens' head bothers me.Do you think acetone would help or ruin the coin?

I bought it marked as a PL but when I started to put it away I noticed they do not have PL's, so SP it is.

John I will have to take a closer look at that mark.
