This rascal has me stumped any help identifying the obverse and reverse dies would be greatly appreciated. Though slabbed by ANACS no variety attribution was givin on holder. I'm thinking WB 2?

Yes, you are correct with the WB-2. The date and mint mark placements gives it away.
