Your images are too small to see details - I'm in the XF45 to AU50 range. Also known as 'average circulated' condition.

even though the coin is 60 years old, the value of the coin is 1 cent with a mintage of 3,799,071,500 its a spender

if you just are curious how it would grade, its probably high XF or low AU

Agree, EF-45 perhaps AU-50. Just a spender.
