1996 Markings All Around The Rim Found On 2 Seperate 96-96-D

sav9 New Member United States 20 Posts	Posted 03/26/2023 3:39 pm I found the same markings on different 1996, and a 96D same on both, I kno theres a 1999 with a rim Job on the reverse , only 1 coin shown in this post markings are all the way around the reverse of the rim on both coins, coins found in two seperate collections.
