Incuse marks are coin damage. If it is raised, then it could be a die crack.
Sometimes when a coin is scratched, if moves metal to the outside area of the gouge. This is not a die crack, but coin damage.
On a die crack/chip, it will be raised above the fields/devices:
Also they will not be straight. Damage often runs in a direction.
