It is issued for an exhibition about "Life in the Middle Ages" at the Historical Museum of the Palatinate/Pfalz in 1992. The reverse is a stylized reproduction of a Schüsselpfennig ("hollow penny"). Here is one sold for 11.50 €: https://www.ma-shops.de/hardelt/item.php?id=18799
