That it is a replica is seen from the too perfect circularity, the not quite right shape of the letters, and that it is signed by the modern artist who manufactured it. "GRVNAL MON" on the reverse is short for Grunal Moneta, a guy who has specialized in reproductions of hammered coins. You can google him and see him in action. Report this Post to the Staff
