Sentimental Or Valuable?

Okay just wondering I was told this was a collectors bill but I'm not sure if its not just neat as a memento.

20 dollar bill well worn.
1963 - note on envelop "The same year jfk assassinated"
Serial number starts with K - K for Kennedy
Four different 11's found on the bill - 2 11's is 22 the day he died
4 ll's is 44 his age when he died.

I'm guessing its value is $20 dollars unless you found someone obsessed with jfk assassination to make it worth more. Personally I find it intriguing and plan to keep it for sentiment but need to place a value on it as its out of an estate.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
