Peru 1/2 Dinero 1903/189? Overdate

Here's another overdate, but since the last digit is unclear I took shots from several angles to pick out details.
Something I have to remind myself is that one photograph doesn't capture everything.

Some interesting thing in the last digit is a thin, raised mark (white arrow), and a raised area curved downwards (dark arrow). As for overdate possibilities, Krause lists 1903/803, 1903/893, and 1903/897. I think 1903/893 is most likely at this point, but I'm still mulling this one over.

Nice Find, I think it 1903/893. If this was wrong it will be 1903/803 but never 1903/897. Just my opinion

8 and 9 looks pretty obvious, and if the possibilities are 893 and 897, I'd go for the first option.
