Hi! Please, what do say your trained expert eyes?! Is this a real silver tetradrahm of Alexander the Great?!
If hopefully so it is, what would be its value?

This coin's weight is 16.90 g.

Many thanks for your help!

I do not know why the red cast (color) of the picture.
weight OK.

Apart from the picture color,
coin appears to be artificially patinated,- difficult to reason why a collector would do that with a genuine coin.

To form a stronger opinion, I would much prefer to inspect this coin in hand. As a prospective buyer, I would not consider to buy unless inspection in hand was possible.

Slightly clearer with most of the colour cast removed.

I mainly agree with sel_69l. The weight is ok. The style seems consistent with some other documented Price 2120, Miletus mint.
The patina has been definitely tampered with. Just from the pictures I cannot see anything else relevant.
I would also rather closely inspect in person before buying or simply consider something else.
IŽd rather not venture any price, but you can search online and get an idea.
Sorry I cannot be of any more help,
best
