Strange 1983 Dime Found In Piggy Bank

This is a kind of a follow up to my old post, but I found this 1983 dime in a piggy bank and it looks almost as though the lip on the edge of the right side are messed up, possibly from a minting error, but also maybe post minting damage. I just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask, here is the images:

This is considered a MAD Strike, a Mis-Aligned Die. We see this quite often on the smaller coins such as this dime.
What makes it a MAD vs an off-center? Well that obverse is not centered and the reverse is centered.
