I wanted to do an image test - and the simple topic title of Image Test was not acceptable.

Can the Mod Dudes make an exception for this forum?

Why not just title it something like "This is Just an Image Test"?

The minimum was put in place to combat all the short and uninformative "Hi" "Help" "Error?" topic titles. It should encourage people to type something more descriptive, like "1972 Lincoln Cent DDO?" instead or "Penny DDO?" or (worse) just "DDO?"

It is a global setting. And what you did for your test topic is just fine for testing.
