The picture is a little out of focus, but it appears to be MS. Look closely at the cheeck jaw and above the ear for any rub, if there's signs of a rub, it will drop to AU. BTW, that's a large date.

I agree it looks MS, with better pictures we would be able to tell better.

Looks MS but the value is low. Maybe 25 cents or so. Nice coin though.
