What grade did NGC give this buffalo

Hairlines are a bit distracting for me personally. Assuming those didn't details it, then I'm at VF35. Definitely some strike weakness, average for the date, but a decent amount of wear is evident.

based on how TPG's have been grading these they probably said

I don't know if it's because this coin had such a low mintage but compared to my 1926 PCGS VF 35 coin that coin looks better then this one.

this just justifies my theory that these people have no idea how to grade early buffs. with all those hairlines on both sides of the NGC coin I cant see how they could possibly graded that straight and that CAC did not think that was a problem. i'd like to know what they think caused these.
