If I submit to PCGS 'without' checking the variety attribution box, should the slab come back labeled with a 'small date' designation written on the slab? The price difference is negligible between the two types. I did not see the need to pay the attrib. fees without realizing any meaningful ROI for the $ 20 attrib. fee. Any thoughts.
