While many RePunched Mint Marks (RPM) are known, there are only a few know Over Mint Marks (OMM) cents. Variety Vista list the 1944-D/S,1946-S/D,1951-D/S and the 1952-D/S, There's also a 1956-D&S, but it has been 'Delisted' on the site. The way dies are prepared at the mint has changed over the years and by 1969, the OMM wasn't possible. As noted, better images will help us identify what's going on with the mint mark on your coin.
