Hi I'm new here and sort of new to collecting. I mainly like collecting errors and verieties. So I found this 5 cent coin and the obverse looks not quite right I'm not sure what's happening with this coin and thought it could be fake because of how the Queens head has features that are not right about it but I have doubts about anyone counterfeiting 5 cent coins #128528;. The coins weight is exactly the same as other 5 cent coins so I really need help please and thank you

The coin is dated 2003 If you look at top coin which is coin in question the Queens hair looks off and her nose slightly rounder and shorter. Also the head size is a little different. And the circled letter A is bigger and is spaced a little differently. The reverse looks the same no different

Hi Coin_poacher and

It's a little hard to make out the fine detail in your photo due to the glare and not being quite in focus. Any chance of trying another upload?

Guessing this is just circulation damage. A sharp, large closeup would help.
